Each year, the National Vaccine Forum brings together Australia’s primary healthcare professionals for a dynamic and engaging discussion on the current challenges and possibilities surrounding vaccines in Australia. This year’s discussion revolves around RECONNECTING and is hosted by A/Prof Jen Martin.

By the end of this on-demand webinar, you will be able to:

  • Assess immunisation status and initiate catch-up or booster vaccinations in vulnerable populations
  • Facilitate patient-informed decisions regarding the re-emergence of vaccine-preventable diseases
  • Evaluate current immunisation processes with the aim of minimising vaccination errors
  • Outline where to access up-to-date clinical guidance tools in Australia for immunisation against vaccine-preventable diseases

ACRRM

This education is a CPD Accredited Activity under the ACRRM PDP Program for the 2020-22 triennium. It will take approximately 3.5 hours to complete.
